Indications of Flexi SR

Pharmacology

Dosage & Administration of Flexi SR
Lithium and digoxin plasma concentrations may rise. increased nephrotoxicity when used with ciclosporin or diuretics. When using ACE inhibitors and potassium-saving diuretics together, serum potassium should be monitored. The anticoagulant activity might be increased. When given within 24 hours of methotrexate administration, it may increase the risk of methotrexate toxicity. risk of GI bleeding when used with other NSAIDs. Quinolones increase the chance of convulsions.
Interaction

Lithium and Digoxin: may increase plasma concentration of lithium and digoxin.

Anticoagulants: may enhance the activity of anticoagulants.
